Common questions
What's the difference between on-hand and pre-order?
On-hand items are already in Manila and ship within 1–2 days. Pre-order items are brought over on our next Brisbane batch — you reserve them with a deposit and they arrive within the listed timeline.
How do deposits work?
Pre-orders need a 50% deposit to reserve your slot before the batch cut-off. You pay the remaining balance once the item arrives in Manila, before we ship it to you.
How do I pay?
GCash or bank transfer (BPI, BDO). Everything is priced in Philippine pesos (₱).
Are the items genuine?
Always. We buy everything in-store in Brisbane and can send a receipt photo on request. Authenticity is the whole point of the shop.
How is it shipped?
Nationwide via trusted couriers — Metro Manila and provincial. You'll get a tracking number and updates along the way.
Can you find something not in the shop?
Yes! That's our sourcing service. Send a link or photo, we quote the price and timeline, then buy and bring it over.
