1. About us

AUS to MNL is a personal sourcing and shopping service that brings authentic Australian goods from Brisbane to shoppers in the Philippines. We've been doing this with care since 2017.

2. Our products & authenticity

Everything we sell is 100% genuine and bought in-store in Australia. We can share a receipt photo on request. We describe and photograph items as accurately as we can, though screen colours may differ slightly from the real thing.

3. On-hand vs pre-order

• On-hand items are already in Manila and ship within 1–2 days.
• Pre-order items are sourced on our next Brisbane batch and reserved with a deposit.
• Arrival times for pre-orders are estimates. They can shift due to stock, shipping, or customs, and we'll keep you updated throughout.

4. Prices & payment

• All prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and may change without notice.
• We accept GCash and bank transfer (BPI, BDO).
• An order is confirmed once we receive your payment (or your deposit for a pre-order).

5. Pre-orders & deposits

A deposit (usually 50%) reserves your pre-order before the batch cut-off. Once we've actually purchased your item in Australia, the deposit is non-refundable, because we've already paid for it on your behalf.

The remaining balance is due once the item arrives in Manila, before we ship it to you. If a balance stays unpaid for more than 14 days after arrival, the reservation and deposit may be forfeited.

6. Sourcing service

For items not in the shop, we'll quote a price and timeline first — you only pay once you confirm. Quotes are estimates, and some items may be unavailable or restricted for shipping.

7. Shipping & delivery

We ship nationwide through trusted couriers. Delivery times are estimates. Please give a complete, correct address and someone available to receive the parcel — risk passes to you once the item is delivered to your address.

8. Cancellations

On-hand orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Pre-order deposits follow the deposit rule in section 5.

9. Brands & intellectual property

All brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are an independent reseller and are not the brands themselves. The text and photos we create for this shop are our own.

10. Limitation of liability

We're not responsible for delays outside our control, such as courier or customs hold-ups. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
